Increased error rate for website

22:30 Between 21:46 and 22:03 UTC between 3 and 6 % of all HTTP requests returned an HTTP error 503. This was due to a memory leak and a delayed fail-over to the parallel server. If you still encounter any issues please contact support@logentries.com

S3 Archiving Bzip

16:16 We are currently not archiving logs as bzipped files, any users who have their account to archiving their data as bzipped files will be automatically changed to gzipped files.

Slow Service

16:04 We are aware of an issue affecting some users which is resulting in a the service becoming slow while loading log data. Our Operations team is currently look into this problem and are looking to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Can not create Inactivity Alerts

09:42 We are aware of an issue which is preventing users from creating Inactivity Alerts, we are looking to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
